Magnifi Group: Although not strictly a promotional outfit in the advertising-freelance-copywriting world, they have attempted to do some on the side it appears. This agency wants all rights for work, yet reserves the right to make changes to ad content while retaining the author's byline. Not recommended as an ad agency.

Midwest Book Review: A book review site with excellent resources as well.
