Whippoorwill Press: A Canadian book publisher. "In fiction, we specialized in romance. We are looking for well written novels with innovative plots. In non-fiction our areas of interest are the polar regions, sled dogs, the arts and performing arts. Some of the current themes we explore for young adults are: dogs and dogsledding, outdoor activities, recreation, ballet, dance, music and the arts. The possibilities in this category are open-ended. We do not publish short stories, poetry, horror, paranormal and Sci-Fi. We will however look at fantasy submissions."
"We also run a separate Manuscript Critique Service. Writers submitting a manuscript are not required to use the critique service. None of our current authors have used the service.
